With the guidance of the Schumann Concepts team the Academy of Mixed Martial Ats teaches a comprehensive fundamental skill development program for 7 & 8-year olds. This program takes your child's training even further with a program designed exclusively for 7 & 8-year olds.

Designed exclusively for the growth and development of a 7 & 8-year old, the Prep Course will target these children’s 8 advanced skill developments that will capture their abilities. This program will add to the life skills of your child, and provide them with a program that will produce measurable results!

Reaching the Next Generation with Martial Arts Education!

This course is designed to enhance your child through martial arts activities. Children ages 6 through 12 have their own age specific classes. The curriculum has been developed to ensure that the child moves at a pace that is comfortable, yet challenging. Children also learn communication skills that will help them throughout their life.

The focus of our child development program is to provide students the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment while having the time of their lives. Unlike team sports, there are no bench warmers at The Academy of Mixed Martial Ats. Your child deserves more from a sports program than sitting on a bench. Every child wins in our class. Every child is a winner not a bench sitter, as Martial Arts Educators we empower children to reach their own potential instead of competing directly against other children.

We are the areas leader in Martial Arts Education. It’s not just about kicking and punching, it is about learning life skills and the complete personal development of each child. Our program is a blend of traditional and contemporary martial arts that offers you not only an effective reality based personal protection program, but means for personal development, character development and discipline. Children learn to concentrate and focus their energy constructively which results in better school work and grades. They will gain new anger management skills and an “I can do it” attitude in a safe and positive environment.

Because kids excel when they are given attainable goals, we use a belt system that allows them to constantly achieve short term goals, while striving for their long term goal of the coveted Black Belt. Each student must strive to do their best in school and at home. With each and every promotion children most acquire the approval and signature of their parents and school teacher. Children can also acquire merit patches and achievement certificates for physical endeavors as in doing a full split and mental endeavors as in getting a good report card.

Our Mental Martial Arts Child Development Program consists of the Black Belt Success Cycle, Bully Busters Program and Three Rules of Concentration. Black Belt Success Cycle teaches children how to attain both short term and long term goals. Bully Busters trains a child in non-violent conflict resolution. Our Random Acts of Kindness Program is a National program that after completing 200 acts a child receives a certificate of recognition, after 500 acts the child’s photo will framed and put in our Random Acts of Kindness Hall of Fame. A card with the child’s name and photo will be sent to The President of the United States as well as local politicians. This will encourage our children in becoming productive and successful citizens.
