Charity Dinner Event

Hi {First Name},

We are getting into the planning stage of our Charity Dinner Event.

We have had the hall donated so we now have a nice place to hold our event.
We are looking for volunteers to assist in getting various jobs completed.
  1. Gift Basket Chairperson- responsible for collecting gifts for the baskets we will auction
  2. Food Donation Chairperson - responsible for getting some of the local restaurants to donate trays of food.
  3. Advertising Chairperson - Responsible for getting local business to advertise in our Event Booklet
  4. Donation Chairperson- responsible for collecting donations from local business

I made all of these separate so no single person will be over whelmed. Any person that donates their time to do these jobs will attend for free.

Any business that donates gifts and any retaurant that donates food, will automatically be included in the event booklet.

Please help out, and let's make this event something memorable.
